Does Deity allow outside vendors?
We allow pre-approved outside vendors only. If you have an outside vendor in mind that you would like to use, please contact your Day-of Coordinator for approval. However, we have a wonderful group of preferred vendors (Deity Vendor List) to recommend to you that we have worked with many times (see below).
*We do not allow any outside DJs or security- please visit our MUSIC & SOUND for more info on your Deity DJ *
Are we required to provide a vendor meal for our photographer or other outside vendors?
You are not required to do this. Many photographers and other outside vendors put in their contracts that you have to pay for their meal at your event. Our staff certainly will not be eating during your event. They will be focused on providing excellent service to you and your guests. So should your vendors. If you feel that you want to provide a meal for your vendor, each vendor meal is $75.00.
Does Deity have any preferred officiants?

Tips for Planning a Brooklyn Wedding
“Our carefree attitude was also thanks in large part to choosing Deity as our venue. We were looking for a unique space to hold our friends and family that was also quintessentially Brooklyn. We made appointments at a few venues to weigh our options and cancelled every single one after seeing what Deity had to offer. After we made our decision of where, the how became even easier. Deity’s list of recommended and trusted vendors was our go to reference point.” See Laura and Ricky’s Wedding on our blog, Brooklyn Wedding Venue.
