Planning Checklist

1. Book Deity
2. Create a loose guest list 
3. Block rooms at local hotels 
4. Pick a menu 
5. Find your vendors 
6. Get familiar with food menu and Bar Package 
7. Have your planning meeting 60-90 days before your event 
   1. At the planning meeting pick menus 
   2. Swap vendor info. 
8. Meet DJ 
9. Email your outside vendors to confirm day of drop off time and planners contact information 
10. Come to Deity and have fun!
